Registration
Registration applications for all of our dance class are available for completing and printing from the link in the sidebar at the right. Also available for downloading are the Information Booklet, that you should read before enrolling, the Class Selection document, and the ACH Authorization form. To enroll,
- read the Information Booklet and make sure Ballet Arts is the school for you,
- review the Schedule of Classes and make your selection on the Class Selection form and print the filled out form,
- fill out the Registration form and print the filled out form signing the printed form where indicated,
- fill out the ACH Authorization form, print it but do not sign it or fill in the amounts,
- bring the Registration form, the Class Selection form, and the partially completed ACH form to Ballet Arts studios and the rest of the registration process should take a very short time.
